  Bios reading default ID tag of the memory module, not accounting effective xmp speed, i think. That's good then well done.

  What motherboard and cpu? Memory should be in the primary slots 2 and 4. Xmp/docp often does not operate with only 1 and 3 populated.

  9800x3D has higher minimum fps. Since graphics card get it's instructions from cpu to render, fps can only be as fast as cpu can...
