[SOLVED] Should I wait for 30 series or just buy a 1660 super?

What CPU do you have? All these people saying to wait don't know what you have

Discussion RTX 30 series GPUs dont have enough VRAM

It will always come down to money. Nvidia has left the gap for additional 3000series cards. The $200 3070 - 3080 gap will close with those additional cards. If I didn't have a budget I would be buying the 3090 and a whole new computer to go along with it... but anyone who has to consider...

[SOLVED] Should I buy 3070 or keep 2070 Super?

Does the 2070 give you the performance you want? If yes, keep it. Just because there is something new coming doesn't mean you NEED it

[SOLVED] Should I buy the 3070 ASAP?

Your whole PC part list will change by spring. Don't bother trying to plan a build so far ahead of time.

    [SOLVED] RTX 3090 on 1080p 120Hz

3090 for you? Gonna need to buy a whole new PC to take advantage of that card... and at the very least, a 1440p monitor.

    [SOLVED] Upgrading from a 280x to a vega 56 8gb worth it?

I had a similar question recently, but I have the 280oc edition. Vega 56 would be a worthy upgrade and good enough for 1080p gaming for years to come. I settled on a used gtx 1070 for $210, and my next option would have been a 1660 Ti or Super, or that vega 56. If I had your setup and only...

[SOLVED] Which card would you choose?

That link shows almost no difference between the two cards I've been looking at. It almost looks like the non ti is actually just a slower ti version

[SOLVED] Which card would you choose?

Forgot there's an actual video card section... I have access to these 2 cards and there is a $65 price increase from non Ti up to the Ti version. I only 1080p game. Mobo is Gigabyte Z97 with an Intel i5 4590...

[SOLVED] Good time to upgrade video card?

Just ignore the prices in the link I put up there. That link is just to compare the 2 cards I have access to. The non-Ti version is $65 cheaper but looks like it would perform roughly the same

[SOLVED] Good time to upgrade video card?

Ok thanks Flayed. Now, if you look at these two cards and consider there is a $65 price difference... which would you choose? https://versus.com/en/evga-geforce-gtx-1660-ti-xc-ultra-gaming-vs-evga-geforce-gtx-1660-xc-ultra-gaming These are the two I am looking at

[SOLVED] Good time to upgrade video card?

Is now a good time to upgrade a video card? Is there something new that might be worth waiting for? I have a $300 USD budget for a new video card. I only game at 1080p. Current card is R9 280 3gb, which still works "fine" but doesn't let me play games on higher graphic settings. CPU is i5 4590...
