In the end, I updated the BIOS and it solved everything LOL. The Laptop even boots super fast now. Thanks anyway for the reply. I wanted to leave this comment here in case anyone has the same issue.

as the title says, sometimes when i put my computer to sleep it suddenly starts up and the fans start to go crazy, the screen doesn't turn on and if I move the mouse or press anytthing it goes back to sleep and THEN wakes up as normal.

Power Supply = PSU you have to make sure you have enough power for all the components. On the other hand the upgrade depends on what you use your computer for or what games you play on it.
