I tried connecting another pair and they worked, took a little while though. Manufacturer is Hewlett-Packard, model is HP 15 Notebook PC. No clue what the make is exactly. The Blissful headset works on my other devices, and so do these earphones

I'm using windows 8.1. I tried scanning for it once before and it paired but not really. I think I accidentally cancelled the driver installations at one point, and it somehow says paired but doesn't connect. Obviously the headset is on. I tried removing it from paired devices and it said error...

So I updated the onboard intel graphics card thinking it'll perform better, but it turned into "Microsoft basic display" driver, which makes it worse than the old "Intel HD 4400" graphics it was on. Reason im using onboard graphics is that my NVIDIA geforce 820m is worse than the onboard intel...

The title says it all. GeForce GPU doesnt show up under Display Adapters, and I dont think it was there in the first place. My laptop's a HP 15 notebook, i5 4201U, I think the card is GeForce 840m. I don't know what other essential information do I need to provide, i'm not much of a computer...

Thing is I don't exactly know where are all my files saved, my pc has 2 drives, "Windows C" and "Recovery D".

Hmm, I seem to have solved the sound issue by simply reinstalling the realtek audio driver. Youtube issue seemed to have solved itself, loading is no longer a problem and my only issue is whenever i select multiple items on my desktop, there is no big blue box, instead just dotted outline.

If I backup on the "RECOVERY" disk built-in the laptop, will that backup any settings/driver updates/downloaded drivers with the backup along with all my files?
