Ok. It is solved. It wasn’t the laptop. It was the ram. I took it to the shop that sells me the ram and ask him to fix it. It was the BAD RAM!!!!

I was upgrading my laptop with and adata ddr3l ram. But when I installed it and boot it. It glitches and stuck on he boot screen. I can't turn it off. So I take it off. And it still stuck for about 10 minute(the first time it shows a blue screen). Than it tells me to restart. Than the problem is...
