    Leaving this here for anyone else with a similar problem: Issue seems to be resolved after reslotting the card and adjusting the power cables to prevent any loosening. It appears the inputs were wriggling loose and the pins were just barely touching, causing the power shortage in the card.

    Here's the screencaps of what I found: Reliability History and Event Viewer - Imgur It definitely is a hardware issue and probably a bad card unfortunately. Right now it's operating fine after not touching it for an entire day, but I assume the problem will persist until I get a new card.

    Hi, I'm currently building a gaming PC and upon start up my graphics card doesn't seem to work. Not even the fan is spinning, but you can feel it heat up. What did I do wrong? Also nothing appears on the monitor. The GPU I'm using is Gigabyte Radeon R7 370 2GB WINDFORCE 2X Video Card.

    Then yes, I have the HDMI plugged in along with the correct display on my monitor. Still nothing though.

    Oops, apologies for the down vote. Replying on mobile. Are those the 4 x 1 block wires attached to the PSU? Because if so I don't think so. Could not find the slot, but I still was capable of plugging in the power directly at the top of the GPU.
