i uptated the post , the paste I made a mess , and failed to clean well ,, well , there's greyish looking area its kinda obvious smeared , no worse than was tho for it I don't think . also new info , and again unaware if makes difference , didn't know the original post when all this started is...

accidently got thermal paste on the pins,after problems still existing from prior post ,and trying to fix ,, , will tim clean be ok to get it off,,, this was after noticing bent pins and thinking the bent pins may of caused all my issues :( . now wont accept ram in channel a 1 and b1 , down...

Even more obvious maybe, could it be the bios battery there no saying the one I tested with was ok tbh ?

Is it possible I could of I flashed it's 2nd gen ryzen update bios had n it still work somehow, idk, so voltages and that on there, sure not right, don't mess with as dunno, not a familiar sight no more

Dont suppose you no if a good old optiplex760 psu do job for testing on not enough pins ? Just to save pulling apart if not?

For the last few weeks I have had a red cpu light on my mobo constantly and it seems to be working OK for the most part , however , my psu switch is not working properly and it seems like there is a spring stopping the switch tur ing off properly, rebuilt it up and down again and then again...
