My friend is building new pc and he has these two processors lying around, both are rarely used. so he is giving me q9650 for 10$ and q9400 for 4$ What do you think? if I get q9650 can I get some performance boost in general task like browsing?

Update: I brought it today and it's working! Tested it on some games and getting decent fps even though my cpu is bottlenecking it.
