Update: I updated my BIOS and my ram was running on 2133mhz I made it run on 3200 mhz but still the performance is not on point it hardly made a difference

Still it's good enough I saw my friends having worse PC than me and getting higher FPS I think it's a Processor issue as 4650G Pro is a APU not a CPU and might be bottlenecking my GPU
