Low Performance did everything fresh OS Install and still getting 150 fps avg low setting Valorant did a user benchmark and it says my processor is not performing well should I buy a Ryzen 5 3600 exchanging Ryzen 5 4650G PRO

My specs:-
Processor:-AMD Ryzen 5 4650G Pro
GPU:-Rtx 2060 Super
RAM:-16GB (3200MHZ)
Motherboard:-Asus B550 Prime A
PSU:-650W
SSD:-256GB
HHD:-2TB

Yes latest BIOS Temp around 60 or 65 celsius
