Im having issues using bluetooth. I have used it before on my PC, but when i tried connecting my controller to pålay some games today the tab to enable/disable bluetooth was gone.

As the title says my new ram is idling at aroundt 35% with just task manager running.
ALso while gaming i have some insane input lag/delay, i think this may have something to do with the ram too as it is basically stuck at over 90% when playing (i have tried cs2 and warzone)
