get a i5-6600k and a suitable mobo. i have a 390x with i5-2500(non-k) and it still works great. just saying...

i had to change my case too, i bought a MSI 390x, and temps were very high in range of 85C. bought a NZXT phantom 410, fitted custom fans temps dropped a lot , now i game at 70c.

I dont see a problem, my advice? just buy and be happy. if it fails after return period you can get it replaced by warranty. i personally have used 3 generations of AMD cards and had no problem before.all 3 work even today.

get the R7 260x, it is the best card for your money. dont worry about complaints, if you have trouble, you can return using amazon.

SIMPLE ANSWER 1. IF your power supply or PSU supports 380 or 380x , BUY the 380x. far better than 960. AMD crimson drivers are far better than nvidia drivers at the moment. 2. in case your PSU is not enough , get the 4GB version of the 960 and enjoy :) (a good 550w psu is needed for the 380...
