Buy a good quality budget 550watt psu like corsair cx 550 or cooler master mwe v2 550 bronze.

Clean your motherboard with isopropyl alcohol, clean ram slots, clean all ic pins using a toothbrush, if you are using intel-based PC then clean CPU pad. after that dry your motherboard with a hairdryer or something equivalent then test your motherboard.

If possible update the bios.

test your pc with another graphics card and if its work fine it means the problem is in your graphics card (maybe the problem is in vram ic of your graphics card.)
