Question Pc stop after 10 seconds

Two days ago I encountered a strong storm outside which caused a strong voltage drop, I was on the computer and at that moment it went out. After that, my PC would light up for 10 seconds without any signal on the monitor and turn off. I started testing the components: Power supply works
Ram works
Video Graphics Works
Ssd Works
And after that I left only the processor and ram but nothing, I started to reset the bios and reset the ram and the pc worked, I put it in the desktop everything went perfectly only that after a restart the source / video card / and the fans did not stop but the keyboard and monitor yes. I bought a new cmos battery but is the same. now the pc only works when I reset ram and reset the bios and only once until I restart the pc after that the pc lights up for 10 seconds and goes out on its own again even in the bios

-2x4 gb ram Hyperx Fury 2133Hz (i used dual channel 2/4 and tried too single channel on all slots)
-I5 9400F
-Nvidia Gt 1030
-Deepcool Gammaxx l240 v2
-SilentiumPC Vero L2, 80+ Bronze, 500W
-ASRock B365 Pro4
-2 Kingston Ssd 240Gb

Edit: pc start for 1 sec after turn off and after start again for only 10 seconds
Edit2:i start pc with screwdriver from powerbutton hearer and i need to keep screwdriver a few seconds to power up and if i put screwdriver on jumper it turns on Instantly

Hi, First thing is you are not the only one who is facing this problem I found another similar thread who also got ASrock b365 pro4 and i5 9400f 🙁

Solution : 🆒

I think the latest version of Windows 10 with the old version of bios is the problem. To fix this, try to update your bios to the latest version https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B365%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS

If you are rich the easiest way to fix this issue is to buy a new motherboard 🤓

I don't recommend this but you can also try a clean install of an old build of Windows 10 an check weather the problem is still exist or not.

My bios is aleardy P4 and how can i install new version of bios when pc is shutting down after 10 seconds?

I am with an update, pc works fine whe i take ram out/ bios reset and put back ram but works only 1 time,after shutdown pc wont stop(keyboard/mouse/Monitor stops but fans and gpu works) and after i stop pc from button pc start again to stop after 10 seconds.(Sorry again for bad English)
