Finally managed to solve it :) As i posted above the GPU Clock was running @ 1152 Mhz all the time, that was because i had Power Management Mode on Nvidia Control Panel on Prefer Maximum Performance in the Global settings. Now i changed it to Adaptive in Global setting and Maximum Performance...
