    Ho ok, i'm sorry. Update your LAN chipset drivers. Also. Go to device manager. Click on Netork Adaptors and then right click on the LAN adapter and click on properties. On the above tabs click in link speed. And tell me what do you have in Speed and Duplex.

    WHat speed sod you get on your phone? DOnwload Speedtest on your phone (if you have a smartphone) and test the speed of the internet. It will obviously be slower because it's a phone and over wi-fi but it should be well above 8 mbits

    Do you have your gpu over clocked? Do not shutdown the computer yet, if it is working you should do the following things. If you have the GPU over clocked, put it as default. If it is default, Underclock it about 20 MHz on both the memory and core clock. Uninstall the drivers using guru3D...

    Force the shutdown button when the pc is turned on. Once it shuts down turn it on again, it should show the menu to select safe mode. And then, if it works you can uninstall the drivers with guru3d driver uninstall and install again.

    It's just a guess, but didnt it came with any software? I think you can customize the colors and turn it on or off in there.
