Recently i have bought a new cpu cooler and a few fans, i dont know if have anything to do with this, but the problem started when i installed them. For no reason my gpu fan stops working properly , and the cooler slows down to 300rpm (even if it is hot, when it should be around 1800, 2000)...

Hey guys, i have i little doubt! My i5 2400 is very old and need to upgrade it. I was going for the i5 9400F, but a frined of mine told me i should buy the r5 3600 instead. Then my brother told me the r5 3500x is better than both! This are the prices here in Brazil currently: i5 9400F ($210,44)...
