Let me put thos nicely. I am dumb I need a straight answer to my question.... If I need a new psu I may consider if what I have will work then I will keep it at that otherwise please recommend me a graphics card that I do not have to do any kind of upgrading to what I currently have

Can you please show me where it shows that the recommended wattage is 400 because every review I have seen as well as specs do not state that at all
