Is it ok for stock speed temps at idle to be 45-50C, using the Wraith Prism Cooler? The mobo is ASUS PRIME X470-PRO latest BIOS 5603 (Date: 07/28/2020). Under load they don't go over 71C... I also tried under-volting to 1.250 core V or setting Voltage Offset to -0.0625, still the same...

Thanks for your reply. I figured out what the problem was... Because i was forced to reset CMOS, the values for SYS_FAN and CASE_FAN failure warnings were set to ENABLED, thus that irritating high pitch sound. Since I don't have any additional fans plugged in, i set these to DISABLED.
