So i had only 2gb of RAM and i bought this extra 4GB for gaming like thingy.. my problem is, whatever combination i try, the RAM doesnt work? The bios detects it, but after the windows logo(windows 8), the computer displays the message - "Your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart"...

I am planning to buy A GTX 750TI - all i want to know is this, is this card future proof? i mean the gtx 750TI FTW version from EVGA? i hear it has the fastest clock speed. Is it okay for until maybe to run games on medium-high until maybe 2016? If not, what are your suggestions about the r9 270x?
