Right now I have Windows 8.1 on the HDD , so if I wanna make the SSD being booted i should format the HDD and do a clean install on SSD right?

Is it possible to have an SSD and HDD at same time? And what are the advantages of this? Can u install the OS on the SSD and then use the HDD as storage or how does this exactly work. Very interested in learning more about this. So far always used HDD's but ive read SSD boots WAY faster so :)

Well, maybe my answer wasn't correct ;) Try blowing out the dust, but if you do re-apply thermal paste then make sure you do this the right way. Because there;s many ways to do this but only a few ways to do this correct.
