    [SOLVED] DDC Connecting help

Hi, I bought a Thermaltake C360 soft tube cooling kit. It has a PR15 DDC pump made by Xylem. There are two cables. One which has a two wire molex connector on the end. The other has a small one wire connetor. There is nothing in the instructions about connection of these two connectors. I know...

[SOLVED] Can't install i9-10850k into Asus Maximus XII Hero mobo.

Hi, I determined that the cpu was actually an i7-2700K. A person on a different site directed me to that. I brought it back to the store and replacement was no problem but it took some bitching to get them to replace my mobo which I had not bought there. A couple pins were tweaked a little. They...

[SOLVED] Can't install i9-10850k into Asus Maximus XII Hero mobo.

I have a new CPU and mobo. Asus Maximus XII Hero. The CPU box says LGA 1200, the mobo box says LGA 1200 but the cpu does not go into the socket. I line up the gold triangle with the corner that has the gold dot. There is not a point on the mobo that has a triangle. It does not drop in. There are...

    [SOLVED] AIO Tubing Mod

There is a brick power supply with it. I have been analyzing this idea for a while. If it works when I create my new build I will likely install a custom loop, (my first) and have an additional power supply just for the peltier. It is a Chill Solutions CSXC-1. I am hoping to be able to provide...

    [SOLVED] AIO Tubing Mod

Yes, My AIO is 5 years old. It doesnt seem to cool like it used to. Its getting below room temp that Im interested in. Maybe Ill try this and if it fails I will buy a new one. The system is old too. When I go above 4.45Ghz it BSOD. the temps are in the mid to high 80's at that point. I have...

    [SOLVED] Trying to go sub-ambient

Well I would like to get the CPU temp as low as I can without creating condensation. The Chiller can be adjusted to 7C minimum. Thanks for your help. I will think about it and if I do it I will append to this string and let you know what my results are.

    [SOLVED] Trying to go sub-ambient

Yes, I can see that point. I still think that it being such a small amount of water that running it full cold would bring the CPU temp down. Maybe not. Still the question remains. If I did get it down and kept it around 15-17C could I up the CPU clock? I guess I will just have to give it a try...

    [SOLVED] Trying to go sub-ambient

On a side note, USAFRet, what did you do in the USAF? I was in for 9 years, worked jets and Biomedical equipment.

    [SOLVED] Trying to go sub-ambient

Im presently pushing 80-85C when I overclock all the cores to 4.4Ghz. The ambient is 22C (I stand corrected for my mixed temperatures) The room is 22C. The spec on the chiller states it should cool 10+ degrees F "pulldown". This is an aquarium chiller so assuming the fish water is at ambient...

    [SOLVED] Trying to go sub-ambient

I could do that but it would be a lot more expensive. I guess you are talking about a custom loop or an AIO with the quick disconnect hoses?

    [SOLVED] Trying to go sub-ambient

Hi, Would like to hook up a aquarium water chiller to my system. Is it feasible to disconnect the cooling likes of my present cooler and loop in the chiller? I know about the possible condensation possibility but would not drive it below the dew point of the present ambient temp. I was thinking...
