If you intend to OC I recommend you GA-970-UD3P rev 2.x, it has 8+2 phases. DS3P has 4+1.

As far as I understand the fx 6xxx series has 3 modules and each of them has 2 integer units (Clustered MultiThreading), so the data task manager is showing is correct. But someone with more knowledge on the subject may correct me if i'm wrong.

First of all I wouldn't oc on that motherboard, it's not designed for that. But I think 4ghz at 1.25v it's nothing to worry about if your temps are ok.
