I have an EVGA Gtx 970 FTW installed and it doesn't show any signal on monitor when the drivers are installed, if I boot on safe mode or uninstall drivers I get signal. I noticed that windows crashes and screen goes black when I install the drivers.
Tried different ports, hdmi cables, dvi cables, even I switched bios in gpu (0db and performance), and it was all the same.

Specs:
Mobo= 970a-ud3p
cpu=fx-6300
psu= evga 750 GQ

Also, I have a gtx 960 and it works flawlessly.

Please help me.

Sounds like a defective card. Try leaving the drivers uninstalled. Eventually (or when you do a Win Update) Win will install the newest driver for the card. See if the issue is present when that happens.
Are you running Win10?

Another thing to try, is to install JUST the gfx driver next time. Leave out the other parts of the Nvidia package for now. Uncheck them when you do the 'custom' install. It might be one of the other functions that are not playing nice with the system you have.

Yes I'm running win 10. I just installed the gfx drivers and physx.
I left the drivers uninstalled and when windows installs the newest drivers it crashes.
I think the card is defective, maybe a reballing might help but it's too expensive here.
Thanks for your reply.
