Long story short, I installed the latest AMD drivers for my RX 580 and it seemed to stay at a nice and clean 60 FPS with The Witcher 3 and Battlefront 2. So I shut down my PC and the next day, after booting it up, the framerate drops all the way down to 20 FPS and seems locked around there...
Currently I have an i5-7400 paired with a RX 580 and thinking if I should upgrade my CPU or get an SSD instead.
Title says it all. I have about 400 dollars to use and if anyone can recommend some good CPUs that'd be appreciated.
