Update: I just used a PCIE wifi adapter and I was able to connect to the wifi, however I still can't connect directly with ethernet.

I have a Sennheiser HD 599 SE and I also have Corsair ST100 headset stand. I have noticed it has an audio jack on the side but what difference does this make from plugging my headphones into your motherboard? Besides not getting 7.1 surround sound
