Question No Internet Access on IPv4 Connectivity

To run the linux test, download an iso from here:
https://spi.dod.mil/docs/TENS-3.0.1_public.iso

Then follow the instructions here to write the cd to an iso or disc:
https://linuxmint-installation-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/burn.html

And then follow these instructions to boot off of it:
http://www.boot-disk.com/boot_priority.htm

The end result is that you will have a working version of linux running in ram that does not use your hard drive at all (it boots from the cd/usb and then doesn't need it). You will be able to try using the Internet again using a cable and see if it works. If it does not, you have a hardware issue.

Does not work, seems like its option B then, hardware issue
