    Question Ryzen 3000 vs. 5000?

If you're gonna be building a new rig then better wait for reviews on the upcoming new processors then weigh the pros and cons with the older generation. Since you've mentioned that you still have a working pc right now, There is a good selection of B550 boards that has more features than some...

    Will it bottleneck?

You can probably play League but Skyrim and GTA V are out of the question unless you go with the lowest settings @1080p. Like the one above said its probably better to at least get a 750 Ti if you're planning on playing with the latter titles mentioned on decent frame rates.

    Is this pc build good?

PC Build is excellent, just a reminder though that r9 nano is a bit warm of a card but considering your case has good airflow then its probably gonna be fine. RMi Series on Corsair is on Tier 1 with an 80+ Gold Standard

Do you have any tips for my setup ?

You can switch CX with an XFX TS 430 or a Seasonic s12ii 430 for near the same price.

Can GTX 750 Ti match the performance of HD 7870 when overclocked to 1400 MHz Core and 6000 MHz memory?

They do have one. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1034?vs=1130 7870 and 750 TI benchmarks.

    This PSU ok?

From the site you're provided I found an EVGA 500W which is probably a good alternative on the corsair. since both products are on the 40£ mark but if you're going for better quality then just as turkey said its better to get XFS TS if you can find one at the same price range...

Which gaming build should i get?

Unless you have another use for the Z series aside from overclocking or futureproofing then the b150 is already a good choice for a motherboard. You can probably get a normal Asus Gtx 970 so you can switch the 6400 for a 6600.

    This PSU ok?

You're right, I merely pointed out that some 750TI's go above the 60 watts thats why it requires a 6pin power connector.

    This PSU ok?

Normally a 750 TI only uses 60watts but some model go up to 150W and requires a 6pin power. Most notably Asus' 750 TI OC Ed.

    This PSU ok?

Power is sufficient and it has 2 6+2 PCIE Power Connectors that you can use to plug your 750 TI. Cheers.

At least get something that has 50Amps on a single 12V rail for stable power.
