Basically: YouTube, for a little over a year now (on Chrome), will not load any YouTube videos (it does occasionally, but it's screwy when it does). By that, I mean it will load the advertisement (if any), but it will be all black, and after that, the video will buffer for a good 15 or so...

I know these are basic and troublesome, but: - have you tried re-applying thermal compound? - have you dusted out your computer? This is a recent problem as you've said, might be the case Before this recent problem, what kind of temperatures are you seeing? I would get a better cooler later...

It's a good build, it'll be even and can easily play any games out thereally.

Since you're playing at a lower resolution than 1080p, I would go for the 1060, you won't need as much VRAM and it's the better performer out of the two. I don't think we have a set price for the 1050, so I can't speak for that.

The stuttering may be from being below the RAM requirements, or it can be because you're maxing out your CPU/GPU (GPU more than likely). You can always take requirements with a grain of salt, the R7 240 is a pretty weak card (I should know, I've owned one), but if it worked in the demo version...

The 8350 would bottleneck the GTX 1080 hard, even with a high overclock. I'd go with an i5 or i7, an i3 would also bottleneck.

Sounds like your GPU is heating up quite a lot, can you check your in-game temperatures (especially when 40-60)
