I am planning to build a PC at the end of October and I can't decide which graphics card should I buy. Take note guys I am planning to play on 1366x768/16:9 ratio(My monitor's native res.) only. Please help me :)

At that resolution, I would say yes. In lots of games you can make use of the extra GB of VRAM, but we currently have no information on the 1050. Since we have no information about the 1050 price or performance, I would go with the 1060. If you're worried about the VRAM, get the 6GB version (if I remember correctly, it's not much more expensive than...
Since you're playing at a lower resolution than 1080p, I would go for the 1060, you won't need as much VRAM and it's the better performer out of the two. I don't think we have a set price for the 1050, so I can't speak for that.

The 1050 isn't released or even announced yet, so all performance and pricing is purely speculation.

Also, it needs to be put in the context of your full budget and the rest of your build. You're probably best waiting until a week or so before you're in a position to purchase and then starting a new thread based on the new build sticky HERE

People around here are really good at getting the most out of your budget if you provide all the information they need to prioritise the right components.

Thanks for your reply sir. Is 3gb vram enough? I will be playing triple A title open world games like GTA V, Black Desert Online, Dark and Light, etc.

You should be fine with 3GB of VRAM, GTA V (and some other games) allow you to surpass your cards VRAM.
