i've tried reseating also i replaced it with my old 4770. it has no issue with i7 4770 in pci-x16 slot just with i7 4790k. i ran diagnostic tools for i7 4790k no problem??? wtf is this problem :)

my mobo supports pci x 16 3.0 gtx 1060 supports 3.0 its fine in both slots rtx 2060 super supports 3.0 but faulty in x16 3.0 runs well in x4 2.0 i think my new graphic card has a problem :)

get the 1660ti at least :) but i would recommend 2060 SUPER, if you could find a cheap one
