Turned secure boot off still not working unfortunate

it’s a new drive right now I have 3 technically 2 theories 1.bios to old 2.secure boot being enabled. if this is the problem I’m I going to be forced to disable or would updating the bios make the ssd detected. 3.incorrect installation but I doubt it
