    80c is the max I would consider safe. Up the fan speed with an aggressive fan curve, it hurts nothing.

    I have the logitech g430 headset and the audio is great! It comes with surround sound which is even better. However, the foam pad on top of the headset hurts my head when I wear it for too long, as it is a bit stiff.

    Depends on your CPU. If you have an APU, use the ballistix sport. If not, any of those will do.

    Prime 95**** Benchmark Heaven is used for GPU performance. I forgot to think about it!

    Don't game when stress testing, try using heaven benchmark for equal results.

    I have the G430 and the headband at the top is stiff and it hurts my head when wearing it for over an hour. The cable is around 6 feet long so dont worry about the length.

    Up the clock speed a bit. Push it until it quits then downclock it until it is under 80c or right at 80c during an hour of full load. Also try to dust out your case and maybe pick up some more case fans :)

    Would a disk being at 99% usage cause my PC to freeze if it's my only drive?

    The disk could be causing the arms of the drive to swing all the way to the outer edges to read the data therefore slowing it down. I would go out and buy a cheap ssd around 240-500gb for my os and key apps I use alot.
