yes you can just go to your nvida settings and click on display options and you should be able to choose between the too and set your desired frequencies on your desired monitor
my opinion is that since your primary screen is the benq the 2nd screen is trying to go to 144 but can't so they both lower it so they can be at the same frequency
but you should be able to change it after you connect both on the pc it depends on the gpu is it Nvidia/Amd
i checked it and it seems it does that only after downclocking it but the settings don't get saved on the crimson software i reset it to default can any one think of anything helpfull
sometimes now more recently while opening allot of tabs i get horizontal lines on the monitor so sometimes if i click alt+f4 and then enter it closes the browser and i can see clearly after that so i don't know what that is sometimes i need to restart it to make it work again thanks in advance.
