Randomly my 4k monitor power button doesn't work like it should. I keep trying to go to settings to change the brightness of the display and it just goes to the display button to change it from displayport to HDMI. It doesn't matter if I click any direction it just goes straight to that setting...

Yeah, I even tried a family members Verizon hotspot and it was fine, so it narrows it down to my phone or T Mobile. I just don't know which and if there is a solution.

My signal strength is fine, full signal, I can stream in HD if I want, maybe even higher if I tried with no problems. Only my PC is connected to the hotspot. What's driving me nuts is that 2 weeks ago it was fine, and it was fine for months before that, but now its unusable for gaming.
