nowadays whenever i see the temps they are normally 40-42C. I stress tested it and went to 60C is that ok?........at like 10 mins idle they are like 38C, so i am pretty happy.....well right now its stuck at 40C at like 10% load, so is it ok?

this problem happened about a month ago and my power supply is Tech-Com 450 watts smps.........

my computer restarts automatically when i play games, i have tried disabling the automatic restart but it didnt work, my temperature at load is about 45 and normally its 41 or 42.....the GPU is inbuilt so cant say about it temps......... i got a intel pentium dual core processor 2.80 ghz,windows...

well now i applied some heat sink compound not much difference first it was like 45C at idle now its 42C at normal 10 mins idle.......... so do u guys think it is ok to drop about 3C cause at load or watching movies it gets to like 52C!!! or if it is a high quality movie it gets to 56C!! so is...

well my dad straight refused that and became irritated......... pls suggest something else and i am not a hard core gamer so i dont actually need a GT630........ my dad told me to be happy with whatever i have so persuading him isnt much help... he cant pay more 3K to buy a processor...
