Hello my friends,in games like battlefield 5 ,gta 5 and watch dogs my cpu bottlenecks my gpu my cpu is at 100% and my gpu is at 70% should i uprade my i5 4690 to a i7 4790s i found for 120$? Will there be a difference? Also will the same chipset 1150 mobo i have support the i7 4790s?

So in games like watch dogs 1,assassins creed odyssey when i start the game i get 70% cpu and 70% gpu usage isnt it weird? I saw most of them and the only game i had significant fps loss was in battlefield 1 and battlefield 5 and i fixed it by increasing the settings.So if i continue doing that with any cpu bound game i could get a good 2 years out of this cpu before its trashed right?
