OK, I ran it again at 980Mv... the score was the highest I've gotten so far- 21554. I'm gonna stress test it and see if it's stable in the long haul. I also ran it at 1020Mv... the score went down about 300 points.

More info- tried booting after unplugging all my drives. No luck. Tried booting after moving card to another free pcie slot. No luck. The only thing I can think of to continue trouble shooting is switching out the gpu or motherboard. Is there anything else?

A little more info- I tried trouble shooting by removing and testing each RAM stick, after noticing the VGA light on my motherboard (red indicator light) was staying on when the computer boots. Still no signal.

Thank you! I unplugged and plugged in my SSD, then downloaded that program. It detected some registry errors and fixed them. I rebooted, and it was extremely fast. Problem solved, for now at least.
