I just put my kingston ssd 240gb harddrive into my pc and i have a windows 10 installed on my usb but when i select the usb too boot from it just shows the blie windows logo and it dosnt move on

I am upgrading from an AMD-FX 8350 but i dont know to what yet, i have a budget 350$ and no more, but since i dont have ddr4 and only ddr3 ram i dont know what to do, please help;)
