I had the speed bumped up to 3000. But was not sure if i had the voltages right or not. It was booting up and read as 3000, but was not sure if i was doing something wrong there. So i set it back to default.

I have been attempting to troubleshoot a FPS Stutter lag issue with my PC. I will be play a game for instance league of legends and after about an hour of playing my FPS will go from 230 down past 60 and lag for about 2 seconds. Then it shoots back up and does this cycle for the rest of the time...

I have done this. My cpu, memory, hdd and gpu do not shoot up when it does the lag. It's like a really short stutter. But nothing shoots up to 100% usage. I will have to take a look at what services are going when this happens.

Ran a diagnostics and came back clear. I use the corsair software and am wondering if that is causing an issue. Has anyone heard of their software causing any kind of performance issues?

SSD is not showing any signs of crashing. It doesn't do that shoots to 100% . Memory is the same way. Does not show any signs of struggle. Should I try taking a ram stick out or something? Could one be going bad?
