I'm using the Corsair AX1600i on my current. If was thinking about building one now (not) I would consider/compare with this one only because it's ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 compliant.

Since you are already forward thinking with the cpu and gpu, go with 64GB.

LGA 1700 socket so it will support 12th, 13th and 14th gen.

I may just pay the $30 a year for the extended W10 support on our "back-up" Dell Precision...which started life on W7. It was my Son's College box set up specifically with hardware and software for Engineering. I paid "way to much" for this very solid machine just to throw it away. YMMV

Bought my Z690 Unify-X from MSI directly and have been very happy with both the board and their service.

I have purchased 2 each cheap OEM Windows Licenses over the years...and I registered both of them successfully through my MS account as per Microsoft. They are both still valid and functioning to this day...including updates and upgrades.

I have 3 "lifetime" malwarebytes licenses that still work and have not been given notice this will change.

My 12900KS does just fine with D12 (G1) in a Torrent case...and that CPU is know to run hot. The "only" time a few of the cores throttle is during full bore stress testing...never in daily use. YMMV
