    I tried as you suggested, bmockeg, clearing CMOS. I also unplugged reset switch because I read a short there could cause the rapid power cycling like what happened, at first. Now it goes straight to red light. Here is a video.

    Thanks for the quick reply! I was trying to get into BIOS when that started happening. Remember, this was the very first power up.
