I, personally, would source the parts and build it yourself. Do away with the hard drive and go with a 1tb m.2 ssd if you can for the mobo and separate 2+tb Sata III ssd for storage. Spend the extra money to save room and not worry about load times.

I just re read and you said you had dvi-d. From what I've read that wont work to vga with a converter of some sort. But some ex 550s do use dvi-i.
