    [SOLVED] Underclock fx

    My fx 8350 is getting temps of 70 while gaming, so I checked HWiNFO64 and the clock is currently at 4120 Mhz, being the original 4000 Mhz, so how do I underclock it? to about 4Ghz or 3.9Ghz. I have never made or tried to OC it, dont know why is at 4.1Ghz.
