What is the differences between m5a78l-m/usb3 and m5a78l-m plus/usb3?

The Plus version doesn't have an optical audio out port, as well as the additional audio connectors for the analog end. The Plus comes equipped with a Realtek audio chip and the non-Plus comes with a VIA audio chip. If you're looking to pair the board with an FX CPU...don't bother.
