I just recently installed a motherboard, cpu, and new ram and yesterday I did get the computer to work and it turned on and I was able to install windows 10 but for some reason when I put everything back into the case it didnt want to display on the monitor

I just installed a new motherboard and cpu and it won't let me boot from the USB that I made into a boot drive with rufus. It says I cant install it to my hard drive because it has an MBR partrition table.
