I actually just changed the hz from 185hz to 144hz and it seemed to get rid of it, i ran color calibration and went through the grays and gamma change and the pixilation didnt come up at all, will update if i find it again though

i ran it over a spot for 10 minutes and it didnt seem to do anything, the contrast setting seems to adjust it a little bit but then it shows up on other colors, mainly darker reds, darker yellow and certain grays

I got a sceptre c275b-1858rn for christmas. I'm running it at 185hz thru displayport. I noticed a weird off-color bar and i don't know what it is. I ran windows color calibration and it showed up heavily while adjusting the grays so i adjusted the red a bit and got rid of it, but my screensaver...

I didn’t reinstall so maybe that is it. I have already disabled fast start up. Not sure if I will reinstall or not.

Ok so I ran step 3 and then 4-6 today (I didn’t realize there was a space between the backslashes) and then re-ran step 3 and it says windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. So if it shuts down correctly after I log off for the night I will let you know!

I got error 87 the online/cleanup-image/checkhealth option is unknown. I got this error code for step 5 and 6 as well. Step 3 found corrupt files but was unable to fix them.

Still won’t shutdown all the way. It will however shutdown from a button hold as I’ve just found out. I don’t get it lol

MSI B85-G41 Intel 4770k Gtx 970 ftw 4x4 gskill ram EVGA 600w I recently had to replace my mobo from an asus Z97-A to my current MSI B85-G41 because of some kind of short or malfunction. My Pc wasn’t getting to post and I changed the PSU first and no change so I bought the mobo and everything...

Well I switched PSUs to an EVGA 600w and the same issue persisted. I took out the gpu and the ram and still no boot or post so I’m I assume it’s either the mobo or cpu. Hopefully the mobo lol.

Yeah I will try booting without gpu and see what happens tomorrow. It’s gonna be a pain but I’ll have to take my girlfriends PSU out and put it in my rig to see as well. Crossing my fingers it’s the PSU. Thanks for your info man.
