    The white LED you see there is from the motherboard, it's underneath the GPU. The GPU itself has no LED apart from the two red ones you see in the video near the power cables.

    Cables are from this PSU, yes. Video cable doesn't change anything. Tried DP, HDMI and no cable. White LED is from the mobo. System boots and runs fine with old GPU. BIOS flashed to latest. Not tried the switch yet, what does it do?

    Tried every possible outlet in my home, with two different extension leads. Same outcome. Peripherals powered, PC won't turn on.

    No, it's mental. I just switched the CPU for an identical working i5-4690k and still the same thing is happening. I refuse to believe two PSU's are faulty, one being brand new.     I have done. I've triedreseating the GPU and booting without it being installed at all. All though if it were GPU related, I'd expect to hear some beep codes coming from my mobo speaker. The fact that the computer simply doesn't turn on AT ALL indicates something deeper I think.
