95 is too high. Idle temp looks normal. If anything is loose especially the fan then the air can't Flow the right direction. I had a problem like this once, the fán was loose then it Fried my vga.

Idle temp is fine normal. Work temp is a bit high some cards Have a higher base temperature. Some cards Have 80c peak others Have 90.

Maybe a cheap liquid cooler can do the trick. 20 bucks at cooler master.

Possibly power issue. I dont recommend to use the Psu, it can cause problems if it goes trough your Mobo protection. You Should get a bigger New Psu. If the problem still occurs the Mobo might be dead I hope not.

You Can count the beeps and check after. The number of beeps means a message. The only problem with old Psu is that its old. Psus Are always working if its too old maybe malfunction can occur and cause a more expensive damage than a Psus price. 750w is cool enough.
