First of all, that Adaptive-Sync disabled vs Enabled thing is fake. If you don't have Adaptive-Sync, it's not going to do that weird glitching thing. But what is your budget, computer specs, and what monitor do you have currently. Thanks.

I recently switched to Minecraft windows 10 edition, and when I started playing, I got only 60 FPS. I then watched a tutorial on how to fix this, so I went into Minecraft windows 10 editions game files and fixed that. When I finished that, it did help, but then I was stuck at a max of 200 FPS...

How do you do that? I went into BIOS, and when I press exit it just puts me back into BIOS.

So I just installed the new GPU, fixed the fan problem, and on my monitor it says “Please enter setup to recover BIOS setting.” I don’t want to mess anything up, so I was wondering what to do from here?

When I installed my old GPU into this PC, I remember there being a problem with the top slot or something. I will try it out though.
